Its her schtick to blame the Wahabites of Sowdi Barbaria all the while protecting Islam  (“nothing to do with Islam”) and  the usual BS. If we didn’t know our stuff we’d almost be inclined to believe her.

But the chips are down, the religious ruling is clear:  you can find it in the  12th century Shafi’i legal manual Umdat al-Salik, more commonly known as The Reliance of the Traveler, where it says, “retaliation is obligatory against anyone who kills a human being purely intentionally and without right.” However, “not subject to retaliation” is “a father or mother (or their fathers or mothers) for killing their offspring, or offspring’s offspring.” (Umdat al-Salik o1.1-2).

The suspect, an American citizen Rezwan Ferdaus, was arrested at his home in Boston after a lengthy undercover sting performed by the FBI for several months revealed his motives and intent. FBI agents posed as Al-Qaeda recruiters to gain his trust. His plans included using drones packed with explosives, operated by GPS to strike the White House and the Pentagon.

ASHLAND — The Ashland man who was arrested Wednesday in a terrorism investigation was indicted today on charges of supporting terrorists and planning to bomb federal buildings in and near Washington, D.C.

Rezwan Ferdaus, 26, was indicted on charges of attempting to damage and destroy a federal building by means of an explosive, attempting to damage and destroy national defense premises, receiving firearms and explosive materials, and attempting to provide material support to terrorists and a terrorist organization.

Jihad tourism is the fifth pillar of Mohammedism.  Participation in Hajj is mandatory unless you can’t afford it or are physically unable, which is to say that it’s neither mandatory nor does it hold any spiritual importance.

The true purpose of Hajj is to create a show of unity (show of force) and to unite Mohammedists in a ritual act of violence against an inanimate object that has been randomly designated to represent the devil.

Message 1: It is a religious obligation of Mohammedists to practice violence against that which has been designated as evil by their political leaders (Clerics, Imams, Sheiks, Muftis, Ayatollahs, etc.).

Obama remains the absolute enigma. On the one had his economic policy has been destroying the country. Most of his foreign policy has been a bust, specifically late entry with US forces in Libya and the incomprehensible failure to deal with Iran’s desire to develop nuclear capability.  He just chose a wimp as his new Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff , General Martin Dempsey, made one thing clear. He differs with his predecessor on one of the most important issues of the day: the threat posed to national security . He seeks a balance of US Power?  Does any of this make any sense to you?  Please advise.

Let’s be very clear, this rag head gave up his US Citizenship once he took up arms against the United States of America.  In so doing he could be shot, or hung, instead he was vaporized.  A much slower death would have been fitting.

When hostages are released from extended stays in captivity, there is a coordinated process that takes place behind the scenes that first begins with an extensive decompression period where hostages are afforded a comprehensive medical, dental and psychiatric assessment as to their mental state.

The psychological assessment is done for two primary purposes. One is to help understand the traumatic effect that takes place while an individual is held against their will. The second purpose of the psychological assessment is to afford the debriefing team an opportunity to understand the psychological state the hostage is in, which allows the debriefing team to formulate their best avenue of approach in their line of questioning.

The Turkish-Israeli dispute over natural resources under the eastern Mediterranean’s seabed may soon enter a new and much more dangerous phase.

Last week, it appeared Turkey was going to make good on its threats to stop a joint Israeli-Greek Cypriot venture to explore for natural gas in Greek Cypriot waters and at the same time, militarily challenge Israel’s presence in the Eastern Mediterranean.

But as the Texas-based Noble Energy company moved a rig from Israeli waters into position off of Greek Cyprus’ south-eastern coast to begin drilling, Turkish naval vessels and warplanes limited their actions to shadowing the transfer operation, keeping outside of Greek Cypriot waters and airspace. Turkey now appears resigned, at least for the moment, to halting the project through the offices of the United Nations (UN).

I have written frequently that many of the Muslims who leave comments on my blog are either purposely being deceptive or are quite ignorant of their own history because they usually respond with egregiously idiotic remarks such as, “Islam never spread with the sword but because it is the True religion,” or similar nonsense.

Here’s a recent comment left by a Muslim: “Islam is a religion and the people who want to make it a political movement are not following Islam.“

Obviously this Muslim knows very little about Islamic history. Islam is not a religion, it is a total political and social system. Mohammed was not just a spiritual leader, but a ruler and a conqueror. Islam from its very beginning spread because it had the political power of the Islamic state behind it. Those who say that Islam is a religion are merely spreading an Islamic myth.

The word in question was ‘laanat’ instead of ‘naat’ – an easy error for a child to make, as the written versions of the words are similar.

Notice how stories of hate mail being sent to churches and synagogues rarely ever make the news, even though there are nearly ten times more hate crimes being waged against Jews than Muslims.

A rough game of touch football with Jack, Bobby and Ted? And what, oh what, could be the inciting literature to which this poor fellow was exposed? Common Sense? Democracy In America? The mind boggles. “Massachusetts Man Arrested in Alleged Plot to Destroy Pentagon, U.S. Capitol,” from the Associated Press, September 28 (thanks to Philip):

BOSTON – A 26-year-old Massachusetts man has been arrested and accused of plotting to destroy the Pentagon and U.S. Capitol with large remote-controlled aircraft filled with explosives.

Rezwan Ferdaus of Ashland was arrested Wednesday in Framingham when undercover federal agents delivered materials he’d requested for his alleged plan, including grenades, six machine guns and what Ferdaus believed was C-4 explosive.

Ferdaus, a U.S. citizen and Northeastern University graduate, was scheduled to make an initial appearance in federal court in Worcester on Wednesday afternoon….

What? A Northeastern University graduate? Doesn’t Ferdaus know that poverty and ignorance cause jihad?

Two years ago the Egyptian city of Cairo, the largest city in the Arab world and the “timeless city” of Obama’s Cairo speech, the heart of the Arab Spring, was suffering from a garbage crisis. The crisis had a very simple cause, the pigs that used to eat the garbage were killed to prevent the spread of Swine Flu.

The pigs living in “Garbage City” had served as both organic garbage disposals and food sources for the Zabaleen, families of marginalized Christian Copts who made a living by collecting the garbage, reselling the inorganic garbage and feeding the organic garbage to pigs. The system worked fine so long as there were pigs, but without the pigs, Cairo’s streets are filled with giant mounds of rotting garbage.

What are the differences between the traditional Muslim and the so-called “Islamist”? As words dealing with Islam continue to morph and multiply, it is important to differentiate, for there are real, if subtle, differences.

A recent Arabic talk show on Egypt’s former president Hosni Mubarak’s trial sheds some light. The question was whether Mubarak, in the sight of Sharia law, should stand trial and be punished for, among other things, selling gas cheaply to Israel—or, as popularly portrayed, traitorously giving away Egypt’s precious resources to its mortal enemy.

Two Islam authorities debated. Taking the controversial position—that Mubarak should not be condemned—was Sheikh Mahmoud Amer, leader of Ansar al-Sunna, or, those who imitate prophet Muhammad’s way of living, which, of course, is what traditional Muslims—literally, Sunnis—have always done. His opponent, arguing that Mubarak deserves to be tried without mercy, was famous Islamist lawyer Montaser al-Zayyat (who most recently professed his “love” for Osama bin Laden).
