Iran erupted in a fresh frenzy of animosity towards its old imperial foe on Sunday as MPs chanting “death to England” voted to expel Britain’s ambassador to Tehran and threatened his mission with a reprise of the 1979 hostage crisis.

No word on whether Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland are also marked for death. Probably, but it would complicate the chanting.

In a debate aired on CNN last week, Santorum was asked if he would support ethnic and religious profiling. CNN’s Wolf Blitzer, the debate’s moderator, asked Santorum: “So just to be precise, is it ethnic profiling, religious profiling, who would be profiled?”

“The folks who are most likely to be committing these crimes,” replied Santorum. “Obviously Muslims would be someone you’d look at, absolutely.”

According to an article by Jonathan Cook publish on Global Research website, former British defense secretary Liam Fox and his best man Adam Werritty attended a dinner banquet with a group described as senior Israeli officials in Tel Aviv last February.

Is Morocco Immune to Upheaval?

The uprisings that swept across the Middle East and North Africa during 2011 have largely bypassed Morocco. The absence of tumult and the loudly trumpeted package of constitutional reform measures endorsed in a July 2011 national referendum[1] further strengthened Morocco’s favorable image in the West as a country that has mixed tradition with modernity and an openness to foreign cultures, and which is both politically stable and steadily evolving toward greater pluralism.

Morocco’s success in having thus far dodged upheaval warrants explanation for the country suffers from many of the same underlying ills that have driven the protests elsewhere—corruption, poverty, and unemployment; the overwhelming concentration of wealth in the hands of a small stratum of elite families intertwined with the authorities;[2] the absence of real democracy; and closed horizons for its large, youthful population, suffering from disproportionately high rates of unemployment and underemployment. But Morocco’s starting point, in terms of its political institutions and political culture, is different in ways that provide some comparative advantages. Moreover, unlike other Middle East, autocratic regimes during this tumultuous year of popular intifadas,[3]the Moroccan authorities, led by King Mohammed VI, have been sufficiently proactive in their responses to the rumblings from below so as to render them manageable, at least for the time being.

Many hoped that Morocco’s King Mohammed VI, here with his wife Princess Lalla Salma, would move toward establishing a Spanish-style constitutional monarchy. Although the ruler has been open to reforms, those undertaken have been put into effect at a leisurely pace. Recent events in other North African states have given him a more urgent impetus to address his country’s many problems.

Moroccan Exceptionalism

A closer look at state-society dynamics in Morocco during 2011, against the backdrop of the country’s deeper currents, reveals the extent and limits of Moroccan exceptionalism. The country possesses considerable assets: a political and societal center within a distinct geographical core stretching back more than 1,200 years; a ruling dynasty more than 350 years old whose legitimacy is based on claimed descent from the Prophet Muhammad; religious homogeneity of 98 percent Sunni Islam; and a particular material and popular culture, modes of religious practice, and linguistic configuration, much of which stems from Morocco’s large Berber population (approximately 40 percent of the total) and heritage. Of course, these factors alone cannot be said to provide immunity to social and political upheaval. If anything, Tunisia and Egypt both possess an even greater degree of social and political cohesion, which did not prevent the latest revolutions there.

Since the UN is the arbiter on who gains refugee status, and they routinely pick Muslims over Christians, this adds to the plethora of reasons that the US must remove it self from the UN and move them out our country.  This is just another UN outrage.

US policy regarding the refugee resettlement program would shock most Americans if they only knew. The UN picks who becomes US refugees. Christians are being refused refugee status and face persecution and many times certain death for their religious beliefs under the sharia, while whole Muslim communities are entering the US by the tens of thousands per month despite the fact that they face no religious persecution.

When Muslims aren’t killing Christians and Jews and Copts, they kill each other to stay in shape.  What?  Death  and mutilation is all they have been taught since children in the Third World.

It is horrifying that Afghan Christians are being refused refugee status by the UN and many Western nations, including Britain. The UN claims that Afghan Christians do not meet the criteria for refugees under Statute 6B of the UN High Commission of Refugees (UNHCR), which requires refugees to have “a well founded fear of persecution by reason of his race, religion, nationality or political opinion.”

To state Presidential Candidate Newt Gingrich understands Islam, Sharia, and Jihad is an understatement. He is a deep thinker and a doer. His plan to outlaw any form of Sharia law in any court system in the U.S. is perfect.  Currently 32 states allow for this failure to assimilate while the use subtle political means to secure their aim of changing our society. Enough!

Why to you suppose the left and the women’s rights movement is deafeningly silent.  Just more hypocrisy.

A very big difference on how progressives and conservatives view Islam

(WASHINGTON, D.C., 11/25/2011) — A prominent national Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization today called on the FBI to investigate a number of threats of violence targeting mosques posted online on an anti-Islam hate site, including the comment “I want [Muslim] blood on my hands” by an individual who claims he regularly drives past a Virginia mosque.

The Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) also urged WordPress.com to remove the hate site because its calls to violence violate the hosting company’s terms of service,” which prohibit blogs that “contain threats or incite violence towards individuals or entities.”
