Ya just got to love Eric Holder’s Justice Department.  Package that with Janet “Off the Planet’s” Office of Home Land Insecurity and we should sleep very well at night.  It’s flat out luck that this home grown jihadist was nailed before he set off his bomb.

The FBI turned down the case of the all-American Muslim bomber twice because they thought he was not a threat. That is Obama’s homeland security policy. You can bet Eric Holder’s pro-jihad Department of Justice conferred on this. Infiltration by stealth jihadists of our government agencies reaches the senior level across the board.

This is the reason why the NYPD has its own intel department, and why Islamic supremacist groups (i.e. Hamas-linked CAIR) want so desperately to shut it down.

In the nation’s most horrific terrorist attack up until 9/11, the Oklahoma City bombing case has presented new information depicting a lazy FBI analysis of evidence that took 3 years to complete, along with ‘redacted’ or removed names from the official reports.

According to a report issued by Intelwire, it took the FBI lab nearly 3 years to analyze the cache of material found at the home of the alleged co-conspirator Terry Nichols. in addition, the final reports refer regularly to evidence collected from ‘Timothy James McVeigh’ and ‘Terry Nichols,’ but at least 2 other individuals were involved whose names have been removed from the reports. Blank spaces appear at the places where the names should be.

Examples of the redacted FBI reports can be found here and here. Note that on the next to the last page of the second report, in a section at the bottom designated, ‘Results of Examination,’ 4 names were originally listed as obvious suspects. McVeign and Nichols are listed. But spaces for 2 other names appear and are left blank. This means that 2 suspects named in the original report were removed by someone for some unkown purpose.

US clueless about Egypt?

 

For the United States to be literally clueless about the threat posed by the Muslim Brotherhood is indicative that the 111th Pelosi led Congress failed to do their job.

What can be the possible task of agencies like the CIA and the FBI to come up with nothing.  Oh I get it, full body groping by the TSA is far more important.  If this story is true as stated, it would seem a number of people could be impeached for failing to uphod the Constitution and protect America.  Yes any public official can be impeached not just a sitting “resident”

WASHINTON – A senate hearing Wednesday revealed that top US intelligence agencies are largely ignorant about the current situation in Egypt and unfamiliar with the agenda of the country’s radical Islamists.

“It’s hard to at this point to point to a specific agenda of the Muslim Brotherhood as a group,” National Intelligence Director James Clapper told senators. When asked about the group’s attitude to Egypt’s peace treaty with Israel, he said this was a difficult question before assessing “they are not in favor of the treaty.”

However, he then noted that the Muslim Brotherhood was “only one voice in the emerging political milieu,” adding that the group is “a large, heterogeneous global organization whose agenda and impact differ from country to country.”

The graphic depicts a sinister-looking FBI agent walking down a street as doors slam shut. “Build a Wall of Resistance,” it reads. “Don’t Talk to the FBI.” CAIR issued a clarification statement calling it “inconsistent with CAIR’s policy of constitutionally-informed cooperation with law enforcement agencies.” The group had included the graphic as part of a “Know Your Rights” event it co-sponsored in response to several FBI raids conducted during September 2010.

Corey Saylor, CAIR’s national legislative director, said on Fox News’ O’Reilly Factor, that he is “troubled” by the media’s critical reaction. “I can speak of a number of different occasions of CAIR’s consistent policy of cooperating with law enforcement,” he said.

O’Reilly didn’t press Saylor very hard. There was no mention of CAIR’s 2009 announcement that it had joined a coalition threatening to cut ties with the FBI. Saylor also wasn’t asked about his organization’s founding executives’ ties to a U.S. Hamas support network, which resulted in the FBI suspending formal relations with CAIR.

Let’s begin with CAIR’s attacks on those freedom fighters in our society who are fighting to tell the truth about the enemy we face. Recently, CAIR sent a letter to the FBI and Virginia’s Tidewater Joint Terrorism Task Force condemning Robert Spencer’s training of U.S. law enforcement officers. The letter painted Spencer, as well as Pamela Geller, as essentially Islamophobes, bigots and unqualified to train law enforcement on Islamic based terrorist group issues.

In a press release that followed, CAIR states that Jesse Jackson has joined their campaign to get FBI head Robert Mueller to apologize for having Spencer speak. What do you make of all of this?

Gaubatz: Thank you Jamie. I consider Robert Spencer and his close associate Pamela Geller to be leaders and among the most knowledgeable to train our law enforcement. I also consider them friends — as I do Steve Emerson, Nonie Darwish, Daniel Pipes, and the thousands of ACT members/leaders across America.

The notorious Council on American-Islamic Relations is back up to its old tricks. CAIR officials figure our ten-minute attention span has lapsed, and that we’ve probably forgotten by now that, in the 2007–08 prosecution of the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) — a case in which several Islamists were convicted in a scheme that poured millions of dollars into the coffers of the terrorist organization Hamas — CAIR was named as, and shown to be, an unindicted co-conspirator. CAIR reckons that the heat is off, so it’s back on the “Islamophobia” soapbox, demanding an apology from FBI director Robert Mueller.

DEARBORN/DETROIT — A Muslim civil rights group has sued the Michigan State Police for failing to release information related to the killing of a Detroit mosque leader during a shootout with the FBI.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations’ Michigan chapter filed a lawsuit Wednesday in Wayne County Circuit Court. Chapter Executive Director Dawud Walid said Thursday the state police was part of a task force that conducted raids leading to the death of Imam Luqman Ameen Abdullah at a Dearborn warehouse in October.

Feds Announce Terror Charges And Arrests involving Al Qaeda-linked group in Somalia

Marking the latest in a growing number of terrorism cases involving an Al Qaeda-linked group in Somalia, federal authorities have unsealed charges against 14 people for allegedly supporting and in some cases fund-raising for the group.

Among the charges unsealed was a years-old indictment against one the group’s most prominent figures, Alabama-born Omar Hamammi, who has become a star of recruitment videos for the group and an “operational” figure within the group, known as Al Shabab. He is believed to still be in Somalia.

In the United States, federal authorities arrested two individuals early Thursday morning near Minneapolis, accusing the naturalized U.S. citizens of raising funds for Al Shabab “by soliciting door-to-door” in Minnesota’s Somali communities.

Indictments were also unsealed against six more suspects in Minneapolis and San Diego, charging them with providing material support to a terrorist group after allegedly traveling to Somalia to join Al Shabab.

“It’s quite an invasive data collection system,” said Farhana Khera, executive director of the nonprofit group Muslim Advocates. “It’s based on generalized suspicion and fear on the part of law enforcement, not on individualized evidence of criminal activity.”
