In the U.S. our politicians are either playing the politically correctness game, completely ignorant about the evils of Sharia Law, my guess is both.

Numerous previous reports have revealed the extremist connections of Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, the Muslim who is behind the push for the construction of a mosque near Ground Zero. One of the more disturbing facts concerning Rauf revolves around his numerous statements through the years indicating that his goal is the implementation of Sharia Law in the United States.
